The house is ideal for large families or groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, offering 200 square metres of elegance and refinement spread over two floors, with four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious bright living room with 60 sqm kitchen, perfect for socialising. The house also has a generous private storage area of approximately 30 square metres dedicated to sports equipment such as bicycles, windsurfing and trekking gear, ensuring maximum security and convenience.

The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, WiFi and a 75-inch Smart TV. It also features an induction hob, bed linen and bath towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

When you choose our house, you can park without any worries: we all know that parking in a historic centre can sometimes be a challenge. That is why we offer our guests a private garage at the Don Bosco car park, located around 500 metres from the house, as well as the possibility of parking a second vehicle at our Residenza Le Due Torri in Via Basone 8.
